Overview
The MVP of the Intelligence Layer (see diagram attached) aims to deliver a functional and demonstrable core of our chatbot system with minimal features necessary to meet the primary objective: understanding and responding to user queries in a relevant and context-aware manner. This development will prioritize speed, cost-effectiveness, and a foundation that is scalable for future enhancements. We are planning on using Voiceflow at the core of the project, but you can provide alternatives in your proposal.

Objectives:
1)Core LLM Integration: Integrate a basic large language model to interpret and generate text.

2) Basic Chatbot Functionality: Develop a chatbot with the capability to handle a predefined set of interactions.

3) Essential Vector Data Management: Implement a simplified vector data model to support the LLM operations.

4)Middleware Interface: Establish a basic communication interface with the Middleware.

5) Simplified Data Ingestion Utilization: Leverage a limited set of metadata to inform responses.

6) Initial Learning Loop: Set up a rudimentary feedback system for early learning and improvement.

Key Components for MVP:
1) LLM Integration: A scaled-down LLM tailored to the most crucial conversational capabilities.

2)Chatbot Framework: A simplified version of the chatbot engine focused on primary dialogue management.

3) Vector Data Module: Basic data vectorization functionalities necessary for MVP operations.

4) Middleware Communication Protocol: A lightweight protocol to ensure data flow between layers.

5) Feedback Mechanism: A simple mechanism for capturing user feedback for future learning.

Milestones:
1) MVP Planning: Define MVP scope and prioritize features

2) MVP Development: Develop the intelligence layer with essential features only

3) MVP Integration and Testing: Integrate the MVP with the middleware and conduct basic tests

4) MVP Deployment: Deploy the MVP in a real-world environment for early adopters

5) Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather initial user feedback to inform the next development phase
