10-week conversational stop smoking program for GlaxoSmithKline/Niquitin UK Portfolio Details


This brand engagement bot helped smokers achieve their New Year’s resolution for quitting. Every day, users were given information, tips, games and other dynamic content to keep them from smoking. The bot also tracked how much less they smoked since the program started and how much money the user had saved. At the end of each week, users were given personalized certificates with badges to celebrate their achievements. Wouter did the complete design and implementation for this bot on Facebook Messenger.
