Description

Nectar is a loan provider startup in New Zealand. They were the first FS provider in NZ with a chatbot, built by Wouter's former agency BotBizzBuilders. The bot could immediately give users a loan quote based on the Nectar API link. In addition, there was a link with the NZ credit bureau to retrieve the user's credit rating. Due to these two functionalities, the friction in the sales process was minimized and the customer acquisition cost was drastically reduced.
