Description

Wouter joined the Search & Chatbot team when the new bot had just been launched, running on IPSoft Amelia. He showed the NN team best practices for conversation design and copywriting and worked on the development of the bot persona. Thanks to a Python NLU script Wouter made, the intent recognition went from 65 to 90%. Wouter also helped build out new flows, and improve existing flows in Amelia which included using Groovy as a programming language.
