Description

I worked on the PostNL chatbot team which had about 10 members at that time. The conversation design for chatbot Daan was done in Lucidchart because the NLP platform Dialogflow CE did not have a UI for this. This bot had a high degree of complexity from both business and technology. Wouter translated the business flows into technical flows and he took care of the setup of intents and entities on the NLP platform.
